We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for a range of opportunities across secondary schools in Bury and Bolton. Whether you are an experienced TA or looking to gain valuable school-based experience, we have a variety of full-time roles available for immediate start.

These positions are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them succeed both academically and personally. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are reliable, proactive, adaptable and confident working with students of varying abilities.

Many positions involve supporting lessons, working alongside teaching staff and providing classroom cover when required. These opportunities offer valuable exposure to the secondary school environment, allowing you to develop confidence, behaviour management skills and a deeper understanding of classroom practice. 

  • Experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
  • A confident and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to support across the school
  • An interest in pursuing a career within education
