Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for a Student Support Worker to join a Secondary school setting in Bournemouth on a long-term basis.

This particular role is to work with a student 1:1 with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

The Student Support Worker will have a strong background working within the care/education sector and will be experienced in supporting individuals with SEMH needs.

Successful applicants will have strong behaviour management skills and the ability to quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with young people, having a flexible and student-led approach to learning.

• Position: Student Support Worker

• Contract: temporary to permanent (Long-term)

 • Hours: full-time, 8.30am - 3.30pm

• Start Date: ASAP 

• Pay Rate: £70.00-£75.00 per day
