If you possess the right demeanor, previous involvement with SEN (whether personal or professional), or adaptable skills and a readiness to learn on the job, you could be an ideal match!

Applicants must either reside in Colchester or be open to commuting.

We are presently seeking numerous LSAs and TAs to aid in supporting an SEN school, with positions available in both primary and secondary levels.

About the Position:

  • Enjoy sociable hours with NO WEEKENDS – from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm.
  • Offer individual and group assistance to students with SEN.
  • Support classroom activities and help execute Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Cultivate a secure and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with educators and therapists to bolster student progress.
  • Serve as a source of motivation, support, and positivity for students.
  • Full-time options available – with a potential for permanent placement!
