Teaching Personnel are recruiting Teaching Assistants in Bovington!

We're working with a specialist school supporting pupils with Autism and SEMH and are looking for caring, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to join their team.

The role:

• Support pupils in lessons and around school.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group assistance.
• Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
• Help pupils develop independence.
• Work closely with teaching staff.

We're looking for:

• A patient and positive approach.
• Strong communication skills.
• Resilience and consistency.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people.

SEN experience is desirable, but not essential.

Teaching Personnel can provide ongoing support and opportunities to develop your experience within education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
