We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive secondary schools in Oldham. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students both inside and outside the classroom. You will play a key role in helping pupils remain engaged in learning, providing one-to-one support where required, assisting with small group interventions and encouraging students to develop confidence, independence and academic progress.

The role may involve supporting students with additional learning needs, behavioural needs or special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum and thrive within a positive learning environment.
