We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a thriving secondary school community in the Radstock area from September 2026.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students in lessons to maximise engagement and achievement.
  • Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support.
  • Assist students with SEND, literacy development, and intervention programmes.
  • Encourage positive behaviour and promote student confidence and independence.
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
  • Play an active role in supporting students' personal and academic development.

  • Have experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential).
