Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a genuine difference in their lives?
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistants to join specialist SEN and SEMH schools across the Forest area. These schools support students with a range of additional needs, including social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, and can present challenging behaviour on a daily basis.
This role is best suited to individuals who are confident, patient, and able to remain calm under pressure. While the work can be demanding, it is also incredibly rewarding, offering the opportunity to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of young people.
With class sizes of no more than four students, you'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful, individualised support. Every classroom is supported by a Teacher and a dedicated Pastoral Team member, ensuring staff are well-supported throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
