A specialist education and residential provision in Dorset is seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join its growing team from September 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start where available.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with autism and additional learning needs within a creative, therapeutic and highly personalised learning environment.
