Teaching Assistant New

A specialist education and residential provision in Dorset is seeking enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants to join its growing team from September 2026, with flexibility for an earlier start where available.

This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with autism and additional learning needs within a creative, therapeutic and highly personalised learning environment.

• Supporting sensory and creative learning activities
• Assisting during outdoor education and community visits
• Helping pupils develop life and social skills

Previous experience within SEND or care settings is welcomed but not essential, as full training and continuous support will be provided.
