WHAT WILL A TYPICAL WORKDAY ENTAIL?

Your tasks will depend on your experience, training, and TA status, and may include:

• Delivering tailored teaching activities to pupils either one-to-one or in small groups
• Ensuring engaged learning and task focus among supported pupils during lessons
• Supporting social and emotional development, promptly reporting any issues as necessary
• Assisting the teacher in managing challenging behaviour and fostering positive behaviour
• Contributing to lesson planning
• With experience, potentially specialising in literacy, numeracy, or SEN.

QUALIFICATIONS
