Salary: £85 - £95 Per day (based on a 6.5 hour working day)

Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary branch is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The ideal candidate will have an Undergraduate Degree, Previous TA experience, and Previous experience of working within a UK Secondary School.

  • Supporting the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons
  • Assisting with the planning and preparation of educational materials
  • Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
  • Supervising students during class and break times
  • Assisting with the maintenance of a positive learning environment
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Previous TA experience
  • Previous experience of working within a UK Secondary School
  • Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
  • Ability to forge strong working relationships
  • Empathy and Patience
  • Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs
