Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit Teaching Assistant in the Tiverton area. This would be a great opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in working within a classroom environment or someone with experience looking for flexibility in their work.

As a Teaching Assistant you will play a crucial part in supporting classroom activities, assisting teachers and providing personalised attention to students.

The ideal candidate will have –

-            Previous experience working with children

-            Desire to work in education

-            Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities –

-            Communicate effectively with teacher, students and parents/guardians

-            Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons

-            Support classroom management and behaviour strategies

-            Supervise students during classroom activities

-            Help establish and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
