At Teaching Personnel we are looking for a Teaching Assistant for one of our sixth form colleges, located near to central Manchester with an excellent reputation. If you’re looking to progress your teaching career within a sixth form college then this could be the role for you…

The candidate would have to be comfortable teaching young adults and have experience in a professional environment. However, the staff at this school are supportive and nurturing willing to go out of their way to assist you with fitting into the college, making the transition into this role as seamless as possible. The College is placed near the centre of Manchester making it very easy to access via public transport, with many tram lines, trains, and bus stops being close by and for those who drive it is easy to access through main roads with a car park on site for staff to use.

Important information for this role:

  • Pay will vary depending on experience but will at a minimum be £12.80.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills required.
  • Ability to build working relationships will be essential to your success in this role.
  • Good empathy and patience will be needed for the role.
  • You must have UK based working experience.
  • Your location must be in the UK.
