Teaching Personnel are looking for a Teaching Assistant in the Cullompton area to join one of our fantastic schools. We are looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for education. As a Teaching Assistant you will play a vital role in helping support students and teachers alike.

Key Responsibilities –

-            Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons

-            Help create positive learning environment

-            Be able to form strong relationships

-            Support classroom management and behaviour strategies

The ideal applicant will have –

-            Experience working with children

-            Desire to work in education

-            Great communication skills

-            Flexibility and adaptability
