Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school in the Exeter area and contribute to the success of their students. As a teaching assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting classroom activities, assisting teachers and providing 1:1 support to the students.

This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in education while supporting a teacher in delivering lessons.

The ideal candidate will have –

-            Previous experience working with children

-            Desire to work in education

-            Good communication skills

Key Responsibilities –

-            Communicate effectively with teacher, students and parents/guardians

-            Assist teachers in preparing and delivering lessons

-            Support classroom management and behaviour strategies

-            Supervise students during classroom activities

-            Help establish and maintain a supportive and inclusive classroom environment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
