Teaching Assistant – (Full Time)
We are currently looking for staff to work as support staff, in a full-time capacity for the remainder of the academic year. The role, which initially will be through us at Teaching Personnel, does have the scope to become permanent with the council, provided that is something you are looking for!

We work very closely with several schools in the local authority, who are all in need of additional support. While all the roles are on a full-time basis – some positions may be more suitable for some than others. We have active vacancies in local Secondary Schools, Primary Schools and a big 3-19 Special Needs school.
While these particular positions are starting in November, we also have work available for the remainder of this school year. So, if you’re somebody with little experience working with children or vulnerable people, it may be a good idea to discuss with us what work we have to get you ready!

*Please note all applicants will be subject to an Enhanced DBS disclosure check, along with registration with the EWC, unless these are already in place. All applicants that have been overseas for longer than six months in the last five years will also need a police check from said country.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
