Teaching Assistant – Dudley - Secondary School

Pay: £92.83–£110.00 per day (depending on experience and role)
We are currently recruiting committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support secondary schools across Dudley. These roles involve working within mainstream classrooms, supporting pupils and teachers to ensure effective learning and engagement across a range of subjects.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and looking for flexible work across a variety of school settings.
The Role:
• Support classroom teachers in delivering lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups where required
• Assist with classroom organisation and learning activities
• Help maintain positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Provide general in-class support across a range of subjects
• Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies at all times
We Are Looking For:
• Previous experience working with young people (schools, tutoring, youth work or similar)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, supportive and professional approach
• Ability to adapt to different classroom environments
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
Mainstream Focus:
These roles are within mainstream secondary school settings and are not SEN-specific, although some pupils may require additional classroom support to access learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
