Job Description:

We are seeking ambitious graduates who are passionate about pursuing a career in teaching to join our Future Teacher Training Placement program. This program is designed to provide aspiring teachers with invaluable experience and training to kick-start their teaching career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects and age groups.
• Support students both inside and outside the classroom, providing guidance and encouragement to help them achieve their full potential.
• Participate in professional development activities and training sessions to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Commitment to pursuing a career in teaching.
• Prior experience working with children or in educational settings is desirable but not essential.
