Temporary SEN Teaching Assistants Required – Specialist College

Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced Teaching Assistants for temporary cover positions within a specialist further education college in Dorset.

The setting provides day and residential support for young people with Autism Spectrum Conditions and additional social, emotional and mental health needs.

• Supporting students on a 1:1 and group basis
• Assisting with behaviour and emotional regulation
• Promoting student engagement and independence
• Providing cover support across the provision as required

• Previous SEN experience essential
• Experience with ASC and/or SEMH preferred
• Flexible and dependable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Immediate starts available, subject to vetting and compliance checks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
