This role offers the opportunity to work 1:1 with students as well as within a well-established SEN Hub, supporting young people with a range of additional needs to feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
✨ No two days are the same, and no two journeys are either. Whether you are an experienced SEN professional, a teaching assistant looking to develop your skills, or someone new to education with a genuine passion for supporting children and young people, we would love to hear from you.
Your role will include:
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual student needs
- Supporting learning and wellbeing within the SEN Hub
- Encouraging independence, confidence and positive behaviour
- Working collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff and pastoral teams
- Helping to create an inclusive, nurturing learning environment
We welcome applicants who:
- Have any level of experience working with children or young people — or are keen to learn
- Are patient, empathetic and motivated to make a difference
- Can build positive relationships and adapt to individual needs
- Are reliable team players with a positive attitude
