• Supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 or small group basis

• Helping children engage in learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills

• Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments

• Providing encouragement, patience, and consistency every day

• Prior experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs
