We're looking for caring, committed, and proactive individuals to work across a range of mainstream primary schools in Dorset. Whether you're seeking flexible part-time work in different settings or a secured full-time position, we can help you find the perfect fit.
Supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 or small group basis
Helping children engage in learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
Providing encouragement, patience, and consistency every day
Prior experience supporting children with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs
A positive, calm, and resilient attitude
Ability to adapt to different classroom settings and pupil needs
A genuine passion for making a difference in children's education
