We're looking for caring, committed, and proactive individuals to work across a range of mainstream primary schools in Dorset. Whether you're seeking flexible part-time work in different settings or a secured full-time position, we can help you find the perfect fit.

  • Supporting pupils with SEN and behavioural challenges on a 1:1 or small group basis

  • Helping children engage in learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills

  • Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to create inclusive learning environments
