A vibrant secondary school in Manchester is seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with special educational needs. If you have a passion for helping students achieve their best, we want to hear from you.

  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
  • Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Collaborate with teachers and SENCOs to create an inclusive learning environment.
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly in an SEN setting.
  • Patience, empathy, and a strong commitment to supporting students with diverse needs.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A relevant qualification or willingness to undertake training in SEN support.
  • Gain valuable experience in a rewarding role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
