SEN Secondary School | Redhill / Chaldon Area

A warm, welcoming, and well-established SEN secondary school in the Redhill/Chaldon area is excited to be recruiting experienced and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their friendly team on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:15am – 4:45pm

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
  • Supporting learning activities, engagement, and daily routines
  • Encouraging independence, communication, and confidence
  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff
  • Helping to create a positive, structured, and nurturing environment throughout the school day
  • Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role (essential)
  • Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
  • A calm, patient, and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential
