Do you have experience supporting children with additional needs?

We are working with schools across Staffordshire who are seeking dedicated and caring SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

The role will involve:

  • Supporting pupils with their learning, confidence, and independence
  • Helping children access classroom activities
  • Working alongside teachers and SEN staff to provide personalised support
  • Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
  • Supporting pupils with emotional, social, and behavioural needs

You may support children with:

  • Autism (ASC)
  • ADHD
  • Complex learning needs
  • Speech and language difficulties
  • SEMH needs

We are looking for candidates who are:

Previous experience in schools, SEN settings, childcare, care, residential, or support work is highly desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
