SEMH Teaching Assistant - Salisbury

We're looking for compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join outstanding specialist schools in Salisbury, supporting pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of emotional, behavioural, and learning needs.

This full-time role begins in September 2025, though early part-time or full-time starts are available. Opportunities exist across both primary and secondary age groups.

  • Empathetic and resilient individuals with a genuine desire to help

  • Experience in SEN/SEMH, care or youth support is welcomed

  • Great communicators who can build trust and stability
