We're looking for compassionate SEMH Teaching Assistants to join outstanding specialist schools in Salisbury, supporting pupils aged 3 to 19 with a range of emotional, behavioural, and learning needs.
This full-time role begins in September 2025, though early part-time or full-time starts are available. Opportunities exist across both primary and secondary age groups.

Work closely with teaching and support staff to meet individual needs

Empathetic and resilient individuals with a genuine desire to help
Experience in SEN/SEMH, care or youth support is welcomed
Great communicators who can build trust and stability
