We're looking for a confident and proactive School Support Officer to provide full-time assistance across the school's classrooms. The school features a Specialist Resource Base (SRB) for pupils with complex needs, providing tailored support to develop social and emotional skills.
This role involves supporting pupils with emotional and behavioural needs, additional learning needs, and offering general classroom support. You'll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop positive coping strategies.
While formal teaching qualifications or classroom experience are not required for this role, any proven experience supporting children or young people-is highly valued and transferable for this role!
