The Role
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students.
* Support students with learning, behaviour, communication, and emotional development.
* Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
* Apply your understanding of psychology to support individual student needs.
* Help students develop confidence, independence, and positive coping strategies.
* Monitor student progress and work alongside teachers and education professionals.
What We're Looking For
- A degree in Psychology or a related subject.
* A genuine interest in supporting children and young people.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
* Previous experience working with young people is beneficial but not essential.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
