A Secondary SEN School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychology Graduate to join their team. This role is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build hands-on experience before pursuing a career in Educational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling, Therapy, or Teaching.
As a Psychology Graduate, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs.
- Support students with their academic, social, emotional, and behavioural development.
- Help students build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
- Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement throughout the school day.
- Encourage students to participate actively in lessons and school activities.
We're looking for a Psychology Graduate who is:
