We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Ealing

This inclusive setting is well-regarded for its supportive ethos and commitment to helping every pupil reach their potential. The school is supporting secondary students, allowing tailored support for children at different stages of their education.

This role is ideal for a psychology graduate interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs before pursuing a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, speech and language therapy, or teaching.

You will work closely with class teachers and specialist staff to provide tailored support to pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them engage confidently in their learning and development.

• Full-time position, term time only

• Psychology graduate
• Strong interest in child development, SEN, or mental health
• Patient, reliable, and passionate about inclusive education
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, Speech & Language, or similar) is desirable but not essential
