SEN Support Roles Available | September 2026 Start

We are currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to provide Special Educational Needs (SEN) support across a range of secondary schools in Bolton from September 2026 onwards.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are dedicated to helping students overcome in learning and to achieve their full potential in a supportive and inclusive educational environment.

  • Support students with a range of SEN needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and learning difficulties.
  • Work on a one-to-one basis and in small group settings.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
  • Help students develop confidence, independence and social skills.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
  • Contribute to an inclusive learning environment where every student can succeed.
  • Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEN.
  • A patient, empathetic and proactive approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students.
  • Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people and their development.
