About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the Class Teacher and Senior Teaching Assistant, playing an essential role in supporting both the academic and personal development of pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing tailored support to pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting with personal and intimate care as needed
- Managing and supporting pupils with challenging behaviour
- Actively participating in physical activities such as PE and swimming
- Promoting an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
