Learning Support Assistant

Location: North West England, Greater Manchester, Longsight

Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours (32.5 hours per week)

Secondary School

Salary: £425 - £475 Per week

• Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities in a UK Secondary School setting
• Assist teachers in implementing individual education plans
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Support students with their educational and personal development

Level 2 or above Teaching Assistant qualification

Experience of working within a UK Secondary School is essential.

• Understanding of supporting students with diverse learning needs
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) support

You will be working at Teaching Personnel - Manchester South Secondary School branch, providing support to students on a contract basis with full-time hours.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
