Are you experienced in supporting children or young people who need additional emotional, behavioural and pastoral support to succeed in education?
Do you thrive on building trust, developing confidence and helping learners overcome barriers that may be preventing them from achieving their full potential?

This is an immediate start vacancy and would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor, Youth Worker, Care Practitioner or SEND Support Worker looking for a highly rewarding role.

We are seeking someone who can confidently hit the ground running and establish positive relationships from day one.
The learners require high levels of pastoral guidance and benefit from having a calm, consistent and encouraging adult around them throughout the school day.
No two days will ever be the same.
