HLTA in SEN Provision

As a HLTA, your role will consist of completing daily pupil support activities, intervention sessions and teaching cover for teachers PPA or sickness. Previous experience working as a HLTA and qualifications are required for this role, as the provisions caters for pupils with additional needs who all have an EHC plan experience is required to provide high quality support for all the pupils and having prior knowledge and strategies that are transferable skills you can provide to the provision.
This provision caters for pupils with SEMH additional needs aged 11-16 years. Each pupil has their own EHC plan and requires further support in both their educational development as well as their overall holistic development. The provision provides its students with essential life skills that are transferable and useful for development and progression outside of the provision grounds.
