A welcoming and ambitious Catholic secondary school in Salford is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their support team from September. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, youth work, or pastoral support.

The school is looking for an individual who can build positive relationships with students, support learning across the curriculum, and contribute to the school's strong community ethos.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support students both in and out of the classroom
  • Deliver targeted interventions and small group activities
  • Assist teachers in creating an engaging learning environment
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to pupils

  • Help students develop confidence, independence, and resilience
