Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Artist, Art Graduate, Art Therapist or someone with a keen interest in Art, to work as a dedicated Teaching Assistant, working 1:1 with a child with Autism. The secondary school, based in Brixton, is looking for an enthusiastic team player who is keen to inspire young learners by providing and supporting high quality teaching and enjoyable lessons. You will have a desire for working with young people and be looking to make a real difference. This would be a full-time role and would be perfect for somebody that is looking to be a Art Teacher in future, wants to gain experience working with children or is looking for a career in the creative sector. After you are settled into your role as a Teaching Assistant, there would also be opportunities to support in the Art department.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
