This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates considering a career in teaching within a secondary school in Bury.
Teaching Personnel has developed a ‘Future Teachers’ Programme specifically for graduates interested in teaching. The programme provides graduates with one year of paid experience in one of our client secondary schools before continuing on to a teacher training course.
The ‘Future Teachers Programme’ commences in September 2022 on a full-time basis and will be guaranteed for the full academic year at one of our client schools in Bury. This programme will provide graduates with invaluable skills and experience necessary to become a successful teacher and will also support securing a position on an upcoming teacher training programme.
Candidates enrolled on to the ‘Future Teachers’ programme will be expected to work as a teaching assistant and cover supervisor working with small groups of students in need of extra support in subjects such as English, Maths and Science.
Previous experience working with children and young people is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
