Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for several graduate teaching assistants to work with our partner schools in Rochdale. As the leading experts in the education sector, we work with over 90% of secondary schools in the local area, ensuring the best fit of school for each individual.
We are looking for recent graduates with a passion for helping others. Previous experience working with children, either in a professional or voluntary position capacity would be highly desirable. Whether you are a sports coach, dance instructor, tutor or have family members with SEN this is all valuable experience that would make you a great fit for the position.
Our ‘future teachers’ graduate programme is a year’s placement within a secondary school whereby you will be assisting the class teacher with the smooth running of lessons. You will work 1-2-1 with students who require extra support, either due to SEN needs such as ADHD, or due to a lack of learning from the covid lockdowns. Full training will be provided, and this is a great opportunity for any aspiring teachers to gain on-the-job experience that is high beneficial for PGCE applications.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
