You'll play a key role in helping pupils achieve their full potential, working alongside experienced teachers in a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where ambition, respect, and kindness are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups to enhance learning and confidence.
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons across the curriculum.
  • Encourage positive attitudes towards learning, helping pupils develop resilience, independence, and a growth mindset.
  • Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every pupil feels valued, safe, and supported.
  • Help promote high standards of behaviour, respect, and wellbeing throughout the school.
  • Gain hands-on experience that will support future career progression within education.
  • Educated to degree level (Education-related degrees are advantageous but not essential).
  • Passionate about supporting children and young people to succeed.
  • Eager to gain practical experience within a school setting.
  • Strong communicators with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Able to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
  • Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check if one is not already in place.
  • Competitive daily rate of £92.63-£100, dependent on experience.
