Thinking about a career in teaching but not sure where to begin? Our Future Teachers Programme is a paid school-based training route designed to give graduates classroom experience before entering teacher training.

What You'll Do:

  • Support pupils in class as a Teaching Assistant or Cover Supervisor

  • Deliver academic interventions in your subject specialism (English, Maths or Science)

  • Observe and learn from qualified teachers

  • Receive mentoring and training to build classroom skills and confidence

You Should Apply If You:

  • Hold a degree (minimum 2:2) in a relevant subject

  • Are considering a PGCE, SCITT or Teach First in the near future

  • Want structured, paid experience to help inform your decision

  • Are committed to pupil development and academic progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
