Teaching Personnel are recruiting for Teaching Assistants in Poole to support pupils across welcoming and inclusive school environments.

Whether you are an experienced TA, graduate, learning support worker or have transferable experience working with children and young people, we would love to hear from you.

You could be supporting pupils with:

• Classroom learning and activities
• 1:1 and small-group interventions
• Reading, literacy and numeracy
• SEND and additional learning needs
• Positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Confidence, communication and independence
• Social and emotional development

You will work closely with teachers and wider school staff to ensure pupils receive the support they need to access their education.

• Can adapt to different pupils and situations
• Works well as part of a team

Previous education experience is desirable, but transferable experience will also be considered.
