Teaching Personnel is proud to be supporting a trusted network of schools across the Wirral with their September recruitment. We are working closely with a number of secondary, specialist SEN, SEMH, and Alternative Provision settings to recruit dedicated Teaching Assistants for long-term opportunities starting in September.
These roles provide an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to access education. You will work alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff, supporting pupils with a range of needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, trauma-related behaviours, and moderate to complex learning needs.
Whether you have previous experience in education, care, youth work, or support services, this is a rewarding opportunity to help pupils develop confidence, independence, and a positive attitude towards learning within nurturing and inclusive school environments.
We are looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people to overcome barriers to learning.
You may have previous experience working within schools, alternative provisions, youth work settings, care environments, or other support-based roles. Most importantly, you will be able to build positive relationships, remain calm under pressure, and demonstrate a genuine commitment to helping pupils succeed.
