English Graduate Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across secondary schools in Newcastle upon Tyne. • Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Help students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication skills
• Support learners with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH
• Assist with targeted interventions designed to improve attainment and engagement
• Build positive, trusting relationships that promote wellbeing and academic success
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
