Typical responsibilities for an EHCP Assistant:

• Support students with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Work one-to-one and in small groups to help students achieve their learning goals
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Promote positive behaviour and encourage student participation
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

We are looking for an EHCP Assistant who has:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• A good understanding of EHCPs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A patient, positive, and reliable approach
• Strong behaviour management skills
• A passion for supporting students to reach their full potential

Job Details:

• Setting: SEN School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: £93-£110 per day
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
