EAL Teaching Assistant required at a Secondary School – Sale
Teaching Personnel are working with a Secondary School in based in the heart of Trafford who are looking to recruit for an EAL Teaching Assistant to work with a specific cohort of pupils in KS3 and KS4 on a 1:1 and small group basis. The role is full-time starting in April and the position will be required until December.
We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the progression and support of EAL secondary school students. It would also be beneficial for applicants to have Arabic, Urdu or Punjabi as an additional or first language.
Successful applicants should expect to earn up to £15 per hour in this position, and be able to start in school from Monday 15th April.
Key Role Responsibilities & Requirements:
All applicants will require appropriate qualifications/experience and the Right to Work in the UK in order to be considered for this role. In addition, applicants must have an enhanced DBS (or be willing to pay for an updated one) and provide an Overseas Police Clearance (if applicable).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
