Creative Classroom Teaching Assistant – Year 3/4

Are you a creative, enthusiastic, and energetic Teaching Assistant who loves bringing learning to life?

We are looking for a Creative Classroom Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Middlesbrough from January 2027. Working within a mixed Year 3/4 class, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils through imaginative, engaging, and hands-on learning experiences.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys thinking outside the box, building strong relationships with children, and helping to create a classroom where every pupil feels inspired to learn.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience working within a primary school setting.
• Be creative, proactive, and full of fresh ideas to engage and motivate pupils.
• Support the class teacher in delivering exciting and interactive lessons.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, encouraging confidence and independence.
• Be flexible, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to the needs of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
