Behaviour Support Assistant - Maidenhead

A supportive Secondary School in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated, patient, and enthusiastic Behaviour Support Assistant to join their team.
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small-group support to students who require additional behavioural and emotional support.
- Help students develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation, confidence, and independence.
- Support students in managing challenging behaviour and overcoming barriers to learning.
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students and act as a consistent and positive role model.
- Work alongside teachers, SEN staff, and the wider pastoral team to create a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment.
