Do you have the passion and enthusiasm to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people and their experience of education?

Are resilience and patience two of your strongest attributes? Can you communicate effectively and adapt to your surroundings in order to work effectively? These are some of the requirements for being a successful behaviour support assistant.

There are so many factors why a young person cannot access education in a classroom, often leading to them displaying challenging behaviour and disrupting the learning for themselves and their peers.

Many of the Bridgend schools we work with require Teaching Assistants to support some of their more challenging pupils who struggle with Behavioural, Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD).

If this appeals to you, then apply today!
