Your Role – Make a Difference Daily

You’ll support pupils with a range of needs including ASC, ADHD, communication and sensory needs, helping them feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Supporting teachers within the classroom
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Helping students with emotional regulation and communication
  • Supporting routines, behaviour, and sensory needs
  • Making learning engaging, accessible, and positive
  • Working alongside SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
