Flexible Supply Work | Secondary & ALN Provisions | Carmarthenshire | £14.25 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference every day? Teaching Personnel are looking for dedicated ALN Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across Secondary schools and specialist provisions in Carmarthenshire this September.

No two days are ever the same! You could be:

  • Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups
  • Helping pupils with a range of needs including:
    ASC (Autism), ADHD, SEMH/SEBD, low ability, and physical disabilities
  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Adapting resources to meet individual learning needs ✏️
  • A patient, calm and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to support pupils with additional learning needs
  • A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
  • Reliable and flexible individuals ready to step into varied settings
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in ALN, care, or youth settings (desirable)
  • A real commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing ❤️
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • EWC registration (or willingness to register)
  • Relevant experience in education, care, or youth work (desirable)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
