A specialist school in Bicester is seeking a dedicated and caring ABA Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for aspiring Educational Psychologists, Clinical Psychologists, Therapists, or Teachers looking to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting children and young people with autism and additional needs.

As an ABA Assistant, you will:

• Deliver 1:1 and small-group support using ABA-based strategies.
• Help students develop communication, confidence, independence, and social skills.
• Support positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
• Work alongside teachers and specialist staff to create a supportive environment.
• Observe and monitor students' progress, wellbeing, and engagement.

We're looking for an ABA Assistant who is:

• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people.
• A confident communicator with a genuine interest in autism and SEN.
• Interested in gaining experience before pursuing a career in psychology, therapy, or education.

• Setting: Specialist SEN School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Pay: £93-£110 per day
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
• Contract: Full-time
